“It’s difficult to sum up my feelings towards Lyn and her staff in a few sentences. Mum has been a resident since June 2016. Having to put Mum into care was a very painful decision for Dad and I but Mum’s ill health and Dad’s age made it impossible to keep her at home. Dad passed away in April 2017 but he was treated with the greatest of kindness when he visited Mum.”
